Upon receipt of your order and payment, we do our best toship it within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

SHIPPING RATES applied for home delivery:

  • 5 € to Belgium - Free for purchases over 70 €
  • 7 € to Luxembourg, Netherland, France, Germany - Free for purchases over 70 €
  • 10 € to AT, CY, CZ, DK, ES, FI, GB, GR, HR, HU, IE, IT, MT, PL, PT, RO, SI, SK, SE - Free for purchases over 100 €
  • 15 € to CA, CH, BG, EE, LT, LV, NO, TR - Free for purchases over 100 €
  • Other countries: contact us via the contact form

Delivery via pickup points (Mondial Relay) is also available at a more advantageous rate.

DELIVERY TIME: expect 1 to 5 days of transport depending on the destination and its distance from Belgium.


 RETURN and EXCHANGE 

Changed your mind ?  You have 14 days to return an item that does not suit you.

Received a gift that you don't like ?  You have 30 days from the date of purchase to exchange it for another product from the brand


Return or exchange procedure:

  • Send us your return or exchange request via thecontact formt.

  • Return the product in a padded envelope with proof of purchase and a copy of the request, in its new, unworn, undamaged condition, in its original packaging to the following address:

  • After verifying the conformity of the product, the refund of the net purchase value (possibly deducted from transaction fees) will be made within a maximum of 30 days after receipt and verification of the product.
